
Wow !! you people must be very excited to have my secret recipe for this marvelous Lasagnia right ? But here , ill be changing some of the ingredients and add a pinch of this and that . As we know lasagnia has this Sour taste from the tomato right ? Here , im making a twist of taste for "Asian" Lasagnia taste .Im making it abit spicy to the usual one . Excited ? Me too ! I shall stop talking now and start typing out the ingredients now .
Ingredients ;Lasagnia Noodles(or you can use your choice of pastas)
1pound of ground meat / minced meat
4 tablespoon of curry powder
1 big onion(chopped)
Spaghetti sauce( i recommend Prego italian sauce)
4 cups of mozarella cheese(i use slice cheese that we eat with sandwiches)
2 tablespoon full Sambal belachan(add more if you want it to be more spicy)
salt
pepper
How to ?Boil the lasagnia noodles(i use pasta) and meanwhile , Brown the meat and add the curry powder together with the chopped onions . Put in a plate if its ready . Saute the sambal belachan and the spaghetti sauce in a saucepan . Pour the meat into the saucepan together with the sauce . Stir well and add a pinch of salt and pepper .Stir well and turn off the stove . Pour some of the meat sauce into the baking dish , then add the lasagnia noodles and then the cheese .Repeat the method for another 2 time . Bake it on a 250degrees for 20-30minutes . Done !
