
I made cheesecake Brownies today . It was a success . Yummay . I have now gain more confidence on baking stuff . Next will be lasagna . teeheee . So here's the recipe for this delicious cheesecake brownies .
Ingredient 1:1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup Plain flour . (tepung gandum)
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder .(not milo or ovaltine . strictly cocoa powder for baking)
1 & 1/2 teaspon salt
1 & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 egg .
Ingredient 2:
250grm Philadephia Neufchatel cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 egg white .
How to ?Preheat your oven to 250 degrees . Meanwhile you mix all the ingredients in

ingredient 2 over the brownies mix and swirl with a spatula or knife to create a marble effect . Bake it at 250 degrees for 25-30mins until toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean . Let it cool , cut and serve .

Tips :You can get all the measuring cups selling at DAISO .
If you want an instant brownies , you can also use the brownies mixture that are sold at minimarket .
For a fully coated cheesecake brownies , You can use double of the ingredient 2 . Eg , 250grms x 2 = 500grms . 1/4 cup x 2 = 2/4 .
