Caramel Popcorn .

You will need
10 Tablespoon of sugar
6tablespoon of water

Popcorn seed

Half teaspoon of backing powder .

3tablespoon of oil=2handful popcorn seed

Let the corn pop fully before opening the kuali lids .

Pour the sugar and water together and let them boil .
*Clean wok is to be used for the caramel .
Let them boil with a low fire..
Let it boil 5-10min

when you see a patch of golden color sugar at a corner , stir it slowly and let it boil again for another 5min

Again you will see the golden color patch like you see in the above picture , then stir it again . You will see this color after stirring and now you can off the fire and quickly add the backing powder . Dont be alert of the foam cause that is the way it should be . After seeing that foam , quickly mix the popcorn into the caramel .

Stir it quickly so that you can get a fully coated popcorn.
